BEAUTY FROM ASHES ONLINE THERAPY

You might be seeking therapy at a time when you feel stuck, unsure or overwhelmed. My goal is to help you understand the root of your struggles, to build insight and increase awareness into those struggles and make lasting change. We will accomplish this through collaborative goal planning, using realistic interventions and strategies as well as humor and fun to liven up the "therapy room" and keep things feelings authentic and genuine.  My style in session tends to be compassionate, collaborative, warm and direct. I am here to both validate and gently challenge you. I believe that each person deserves to live a more balanced, flourishing and full life and that healing is possible! 

Aligning with My Passion: After completing my Master’s in Clinical Social Work from Azusa Pacific University, I worked hard towards becoming the type of therapist I wished I had. Throughout my career, I recognized that my field needed more relatable and authentic therapists. Which has led me to opening Beauty from Ashes. 

Spending quality time at the dog beach with my family and our highly-spirited Golden-doodle Crouton, going for brunch at our local pancake-house, finding the best next binge-worthy show or taking a spin class for a heart-pumping workout session.
